Branches
NYC-DSA is the nation’s largest DSA chapter. To make it easier for folks across our large city to plug in locally, we have eight branches, organized by geography, that meet on a monthly basis. Collectively, we organize for socialism across the five boroughs.
- The Bronx & Upper Manhattan (BUM)
The Bronx/Upper Manhattan Branch is open to all NYC-DSA members living in the Bronx and Uptown Manhattan.
- Lower Manhattan (Lowman)
The Lower Manhattan Branch is open to all NYC-DSA members living in Manhattan south of 96th Street.
- Queens
The Queens Branch is open to all NYC-DSA members living in Queens.
- North Brooklyn (NBK)
The North Brooklyn Branch is open to all NYC-DSA members living in Brooklyn. Meetings are usually in Bushwick.
- Central Brooklyn (CBK)
The Central Brooklyn Branch is open to all NYC-DSA members living in Brooklyn. Meetings are usually in Crown Heights.
- Flatbush
The Flatbush branch is open to all NYC-DSA members living in Brooklyn. Meetings are usually in Flatbush or Kensington.
- South Brooklyn (SBK)
Staten Island is considered part of the South Brooklyn branch.
